TechnologyUS Terms and Conditions: I hereby certify that the above information is true and correct. TechnologyUS and its’ affiliates have my permission to use this information for credit card processing or check payment purposes. If a company is not paying via credit card, your company agrees to send a company check to TechnologyUS in the amount of $1,195.00 for the annual (CTT) Convergence Technologies Training program subscription. Company registration is complete upon acceptance of your credit card charges or receipt by TechnologyUS of your company check. Students are only allowed to register or participate in CTT courses once TechnologyUS is in receipt of said payment and your company registration is completed. The annual fee is $1,195.00 per company unless you are participating in a custom or Enterprise CTT program. The CTT fee of $1,195.00 provides an independent VAR with up to 20 CTT student registrations and up to 8 CTT student registrations for Enterprise customers. Annual CTT training fees provides for 12 months of training from your company’s sign-up date. The annual CTT subscription will automatically renew each year on the anniversary date of your company sign-up date unless written notice is submitted to TechnologyUS 30 days prior to the expiration of the annual CTT subscription. Class registration must be completed at least one (1) hour prior to the beginning of each CTT session. Each CTT student is responsible to download and print the CTT course materials from the TechnologyUS FTP download site prior to the CTT session beginning. Some course manuals are large so please allow enough time to download, print and put them in a binder. Printing via laser printers is recommended due to manual size. Session size is limited to 45 registered students per session. Each session module is 90 minutes in duration. Students will not be allowed into CTT sessions without prior registration. Each registered student will receive a session confirmation that will be e-mailed to the student upon successful registration to the course of interest. Some CTT courses have required pre-requisites and must be taken in the designated order. Students will be allowed to register for advanced courses which have prerequisite courses as long as the student has registered for the prerequisite course first. No exceptions. If a student misses a session they are required to make up the session at a later date in order to achieve the certification levels of CASS or CNAS. This is accomplished by scheduling a make-up session in one of our many CTT tracks. Tracks vary by day of the week, time and month in order to accommodate varying time zones and student schedules. If you are enrolled in a session and are unable to attend your registered session, contact CTT Training Support at 858.626.2273 or e-mail CTTtraining@TechnologyUs.com to cancel your registration prior to the beginning of the session. Rescheduling of the session / registration cancellation is the responsibility of the student. CTT sessions are ongoing year round. There are 13 courses in the CTT program which are divided into 30 sessions. Students are required to complete the TechnologyUS test for each completed module. A CTT certificate is provided upon successful completion. By checking the box you agree to all of the Terms and Conditions as specified and have the authority to authorize this agreement on behalf of your organization.
